1. Packers –  Only unbeaten team in the league. Thanksgiving day showdown with the Lions might be first real test

2. 49ers –  Swarming defense, consistent running game, and coaching have this team rolling towards the playoffs

3. Ravens – Defense makes them dangerous every week.  Road game at Seattle may prove to be more of a challenge then some would think

4. Saints – Bounce back win over Tampa has them set up nicely for the second half of the season

5. Lions – Coming off the bye looking strong, and hoping to get Javhid Best back this week

6. Giants – Huge road win over the Patriots. Another showdown with fellow NFC front runner San Francisco this week

7. Steelers – Heartbreaking loss at home to rival Ravens. Team remains top contender in the AFC

8. Bengals – Continuing to keep pace with Ravens and Steelers, big match ups remain ahead

9. Texans -Starting to put it together, very balanced team looking to cruise towards playoffs with a few more wins

10. Bears – Big win on the road in prime time has this team right back in the wild card race

15. Cowboys- Big game vs. Buffalo this week. Hoping to gain ground on the Giants

16. Chargers- Thursday night football vs. the Raiders for a shot at first place in AFC West

17. Eagles – Just when it looks like this “Dream Team” is turning it around they drop important home game vs. the Bears

18. Titans – Still hanging around, but for how long?

19. Bucs- Up and down season so far with a rough schedule. Can they turn it around in the second half and develop consistency

20. Chiefs – Tied for first in the AFC West. Can they hold onto that title with Denver looming?

21. Raiders – Huge game on Thursday night vs Chargers. Who will separate themselves?

22. Broncos – Big win over the Raiders has Tebow nation believing again

23. Browns – Defense keeps this team in games,  but that has not been enough when the offense can’t score

24. Redskins – Defense playing well, offense not so much. Bright spot rookie Roy Helu gives the fan base someone to watch for the future.

25. Vikings – Ponder has this team playing better. Will it translate to more wins in the second half?

26. Panthers – At least the Cam and Steve show will be fun to watch in the final eight games

27. Jaguars – Defense playing well. Rookie qb and lack of weapons on offense has led to a doomed season

28. Cardinals – Electrifying rookie Patrick Peterson with the walk off Punt return TD. Wow.

29. Seahawks – At least they have a great fan base

30. Dolphins – Big first win, but is it for the best?

31. Rams – Tough loss in overtime vs. division rival quickly dampens spirits after last weeks win

32. Colts – Does ANYBODY think they will win a game this season?
